BCPVPA has three series of wellbeing newletters that could support your staff wellbeing work. You could distribute them to staff/staff groups, or use them as discussion starters in staff meetings.
The Learning Brain provides tips, links and self-assessment tools to improve understanding of the mental health continuum. Topics are focused on individual wellbeing and include resilience, anxiety, mindfulness and sleep. 17 issues. 2020.
ReFresh provides practical information and easy-to-do exercises that can be used for breaks through the day. Some are suitable for use in staff meetings. 12+ issues. 2020-21.
Recharge: Energizing School Leaders focuses on skill-building related your ability to cope. Topics include positive and negative coping skills, triggers and stressors, joy and rumination. 12+ issues. 2020-21.
