Our Alberta colleagues at CASS have been doing some great work on systemic staff wellbeing! These two resources include a wealth of information.

Their CASS Workplace Wellness: A Planning and Implementation Guide helps district leaders use collaborative practices to develop a workplace wellness plan

3 Their DRAFT CASS Workplace Wellness Playbook builds on the Planning and Implementation Guide, and provides a detailed guide for addressing the five conditions that it believe are needed to create and sustain a positive workplace wellness environment. It includes many suggested practices and resources.
